How it works

Six steps from draft to approved.

    Submit your document

    Upload a file (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, image or text) or paste a webpage link. Choose the product, who will see it and where it will be used. No account needed.

    Save your private link

    You get a control number (like RRG-MKT-2026-0001) and a private link. Bookmark it. Lost it? Use "My submissions" to get an emailed link listing everything you've sent.

    Instant AI check

    Within a few minutes, an automated check scores your document out of 100 and highlights any wording that may need changes, with suggested fixes.

    Fix and re-upload

    Scored 70 or below? Make the suggested changes and upload a new version from the same link. Every version is kept, nothing is overwritten.

    Send to Legal

    We recommend a score above 70, then click "Submit for legal review". Need Legal's input sooner? Use "Send to Legal anyway" and tell them why. Legal approves, asks for changes, or declines.

    Approved and ready

    When Legal approves, that exact version is locked in as approved. Use only the approved version. Any later edit needs a new review.
